A commitment to train hard and compete in local tournaments is the minimum requirement. Overhead cameras for transverse view of motion, KICKAI sensors, Microstrain accelerometer use, Pasco force plates synchronized to multi screen video is a feature not used by any other taekwondo schools. We develop written detailed annual plans for serious athlets from any school. Additional Saturday boot camp class available for this group..
