Sports Science update. By the middle of next month, we will be adding force plates to our athlete development program. These will give us the capabilities of more accurately working with poomsae stance weight distribution. better determination of max effort NCT action, and a more comprehensive benchmarking capability. Master Ho and master Seecharan will not be here tonight. Classes will be run as usual with master Ken teaching. 8 pm class will feature e-scoring match simulations to prep for next weekends two events. Please plan to attend the HP class so we can run these properly.
